Encouragement to Mvelopes " family" It would be encouragement to those of us who are not sure what is going on with all these recent changes and missing features. I was so discouraged and afraid I had to leave MV after 10 + years. And I could see many complaints online. However, after a support phone call and explanations of what is going on and the future plans I can rest and stay with MV. I just needed to hear from MV. Also, new fixes could be shared! I didn't know you can now split transaction into more than two envelopes. That is helpful to know. I am glad MV cares about its customers. And Im thinking you could save lots phone calls if ya'll reach out to us as a group with monthly/ quarterly news/tips...Not us reaching out but MV reaching out to assure us to have hope and how to do new things. !

    I agree communication needs to be MUCH improved and would go a long way to pacify very frustrated customers who feel like they have been waiting forever for any improvements.
