Allow us to edit account details so can trouble shoot refresh issues

In M4 we could edit our account details and I often found that I could solve all my refresh issues myself. No without that ability I need to wait 3 or more weeks for your support group to reach out and then even more weeks for them to address the issue. A current example is a lost CC where i will have an account not refreshing for 1 month because I cant go in and update the card number myself!

    Yes, to this! I have not been able to refresh my credit card account for 2 weeks! It has been with the tech team for two weeks. In the past, I could just fix it myself. Please let us have more control so that we do not have to wait on the tech team for every little hiccup that arises.

    I just updated passwords. I have no way of updating Mvelopes with the correct passwords and those accounts are now failing. Instead of being able to update myself and fix the issue, I have to open a support ticket. This is a waste of their time and mine.
