Allow Payees with only 2 letters. Minimum is 3 and I have some payees that only have 2

I have some payees that only have 2 letters like BP. I could enter these fine in Mv4, but now I can't without adding extra letters.

Yes! I use "Me" a lot for all my income, and I constantly have to add a space to the end.
