I totally agree! I leave things out in the inbox until we have received the product that we ordered online. Or if there's some question about that transaction. Absolutely critical.
Yeah this is really important as sometimes a txn gets accidentally assigned. But we're not sure where it should go finally (need to talk with the spouse or whatever and they're not here). So it needs to go back to the Inbox so we know it still needs to be handled. Otherwise it can get buried in an envelope and forgotten.
