Bring back the funding window when moving deposits to the unallocated money envelope.

I have a saved funding profile called Tithe that allows me to put 10% of my deposit into my Tithes and Offerings envelope in M4 . That window came up automatically in M4 when I moved a deposit to the unallocated money envelope. That doesn't happen...

See Less White Space and More than 3 Lines When Funding Envelopes

It is not very useful to only be able to see 3 lines of envelopes when funding envelopes. In Mv4 I could see 20-25 lines of envelopes for a big picture of what I was doing. PLEASE fix this!

Option to fund envelopes from unallocated funds prior to receipt of income (negative balance)

I really like to be proactive and fund envelopes just before the income arrives. I miss this option from the previous version.

Add back funding by percentage feature.

I use Mvelopes for my business and fund envelopes by percentage. This used to be easy by without that feature in MV5 it has to be done manually.
